About our Care Home...

The Edwardian Care Home provides accommodation for up to 34 people. It is situated on Luton’s lively Biscot Road. We are just minutes away from local shops and within easy reach of the town centre. We pride ourselves in the homely atmosphere we’ve created during years of care and dedication to our residents and community.

Our main focus is providing personalised care and support for people living with mental illness. We also offer residential, dementia and respite care. Our person-centred approach will make sure your needs are taken care of in the best way possible with a help of our fully qualified care team.

At Edwardian Care Home we aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment for every resident and their family. You are welcome to make your room feel like you are at home, by bringing small items of furniture and personal keepsakes.

Entertainment
& Activities

We encourage our residents to pursue any interests or hobbies they have previously enjoyed before moving into our care home. We will be happy to give you the space and facilities you need to carry on with any of your own regular hobbies – just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.

If you wish to explore new things to do our weekly schedule focuses on a range of enjoyable activities to do and suitable for all residents’ needs. It includes board games, gentle exercises, movie nights, arts and crafts sessions and many more! Our spacious lounge is ideal for morning crafts, afternoon entertainment and other social gatherings.

We also have a minibus available for our residents to go on regular outings to local garden centres, shopping afternoons, museums and galleries. We always let residents choose what trips they would like to go on and things they would like to see.

Whatever it is you like, we are here, to make your stay enjoyable and meaningful.
