Earlier this month Heritage Care Homes were invited to take part in Job Fair, which was organised by Luton Job Centre. It was great opportunity for potential candidates to meet not just Heritage Care Homes employers but also other companies’ representatives and have a chat about any job vacancies that various organisations might have.
It was a well organised event, and the turnout was great. Area Manager Viktorija Stanciukaite and Victoriana Care Home Manager Inesa Jones have attended the Job Fair and represented Heritage Care Homes. Viktorija had this to say;
‘I am glad I was informed about this event and that we took part in it. We have had few suitable potential candidates for various roles across all our care homes. It was lovely to chat to other organisations too and find out about their challenges recruiting and expectations of finding the right candidates. I am looking forward to the next one!’.
